Friendship

Sometimes I can't help thinking and wondering what friendship is all about and what it means to people. To me it really means a lot, and not only so I get something from my friends but also to share with them. I have friends living all over the world, which I think is a good thing.
I also believe that everyone needs friends, and even if I am in a relationship it might happen that not all of those friends are also friends of my partner, but they can still be my friends. I also believe that it is necessary to have male and female friends.
I just don't see anything wrong with that, but I it hurts to have someone who is telling you that you can't be friends anymore, simlpy because he got married. I will have to accept it, but it still hurts...
