News and the media

I guess all of you have your favorite newspaper news network that you trust. I don't have that, as I kinda have not been able to find any newspaper or news network that covers anything objectively. Of course there is no one out there who can cover anything in a perfectly objective way. as we always have our own opinions on everything, which is a good thing to some point. But it also leads to the disturbing fact, that no one will get just information about what has happened. Just when you go to Google News  you will find several hundred to more than a thousand articles on the same topic, and if you take the time reading them all you might wonder if they even covered the same subject....
Just taking the top story there right now, I'm going to list some headlines (not all 1300), but you might see what I mean:
Gaps in Bush's Plan (Washington Post)
Bush touts `victory' (Toronto Star)
Ups and downs on the war  (Los Angeles Times)
Defining the mission (Los Angeles Times)
Rallying cry from fading Bush (Asia Times Online)

Just to list a few. All of these Articles were published within the past 4 hours, and there are so many different approaches. I know none of them is perfect and none of them is absolutely wrong, I think it is simple as that: everyone sees different things as important. I just don't believe this do be information in that case anymore, but it is about speading opinions....
